The No King’s protest drew millions of people around the U.S. on Saturday. Demonstrators made clear in signs and interviews that they were there to improve their own mental health – and to express their outrage at Donald Trump’s policies and mental status. This photo essay offers a glimpse.
At more than 3,000 individual demonstrations in all 50 states – and across the world – millions of marchers protested against the Trump administration’s policies on a wide variety of issues. Organizers with the No Kings Coalition pegged the total number of participants at 8 to 9 million, potentially making it the largest demonstration in U.S. history.
