 Ingrediente
 2 ouă mari
 250 g iaurt natural
 80 g zahăr
 1 plic zahăr vanilat (8 g)
 Un praf de sare
 1 linguriță coajă rasă de lămâie (opțional) 
 1 plic praf de copt (10 g)
 350-400 g făină
 Ulei pentru prăjit
 Zahăr pudră pentru decor

 Mod de Preparare
 Pasul 1 – Pregătirea compoziției
 Spargeți ouăle într-un bol mare.
 Adăugați zahărul, zahărul vanilat și sarea.
 Amestecați energic cu un tel până când compoziția devine ușor spumoasă. 
 Pasul 2 – Adăugarea iaurtului
 Turnați iaurtul peste amestecul de ouă.
 Adăugați coaja rasă de lămâie pentru un parfum delicat. 
 Omogenizați bine până obțineți o cremă fină.
 Pasul 3 – Formarea aluatului
 Cerneți făina împreună cu praful de copt.
 Încorporați treptat ingredientele uscate în compoziția lichidă.
 Amestecați până obțineți un aluat moale, ușor lipicios, dar omogen.
 Secret: Nu adăugați prea multă făină. Un aluat mai moale oferă gogoși mai pufoase.
 Pasul 4 – Prăjirea
 Încingeți suficient ulei într-o cratiță adâncă.
 Temperatura ideală: aproximativ 170-175°C.
 Cu ajutorul unei linguri, luați porții mici de aluat și puneți-le cu grijă în uleiul fierbinte.
 Prăjiți gogoșile 2-3 minute pe fiecare parte până devin aurii și apetisante. 
 Scoateți-le pe șervețele absorbante pentru a elimina excesul de ulei.
