- 1 pound pissa doght
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread salsa over the dough, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Add the taco meat evenly over the dough, then top with shredded cheese, olives, and green onions.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, pinching the seams closed.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
