🍦 NO-CHURN ICE CREAM

 


🥤 Dr Pepper Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz   sweetened condensed milk 
  • 12 oz Dr Pepper (reduced, see step below)
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Extra Step:

  1. Pour Dr Pepper into a saucepan.
  2. Simmer over medium heat until reduced by half (about 10–15 minutes).
  3. Let cool completely before mixing.

Instructions:

  • Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Mix  with cooled Dr Pepper reduction.
  • Fold together and freeze.

🎃 Pumpkin Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 
  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  • Whip the cream.
  • Mix condensed milk, pumpkin puree, spice, and vanilla.
  • Fold together and freeze.

Optional: Sprinkle cinnamon on top before serving.



🍨 Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions:

  • Whip cream.
  • Mix condensed milk, vanilla, and salt.
  • Fold together and freeze.

Tip: Use real vanilla extract for best flavor.



🍭 Cotton Candy Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 10 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cotton candy extract
  • Red and blue food coloring

Instructions:

  • Whip cream until stiff peaks.
  • Mix condensed milk, vanilla, and cotton candy extract.
  • Divide mixture into two bowls.
  • Tint one pink and one blue.
  • Gently swirl colors together in the loaf pan.
  • Freeze.

Optional: Add sprinkles before freezing for extra fun!
