 Sausage, Hash Brown &  Cheese Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
1 lb (450g) breakfast  sausage
1 package (30oz/850g) frozen hash browns, thawed
8 large eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, crumbling as it sizzes. Drain excess fat. Combine cooked sausage, hash browns, eggs, milk, cheddar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden and egg mixture is set.
